Our Goal: To create a world where every woman and girl is safe, respected, and has the power to control her own economic future.
In Cameroon, women’s labor force participation is only 57%, compared to 70% for men.
This isn’t just a statistic; it’s a barrier that holds back entire communities. When women are denied equal opportunities, families have less income, children have fewer resources, and the cycle of poverty deepens. This economic inequality also contributes to a higher risk of gender-based violence, threatening the safety and dignity of women and girls. This is a gap we are committed to closing.
